7 Good acts of Manasseh after he repented 2 Chronicles 33

2 Chronicles 33:14-17

Afterward he rebuilt the outer wall of the City of David, west of the Gihon spring in the valley, as far as the entrance of the Fish Gate and encircling the hill of Ophel; he also made it much higher.
He stationed military commanders in all the fortified cities in Judah.
He got rid of the foreign gods
and removed the image from the temple of the Lord,
as well as all the altars he had built on the temple hill and in Jerusalem; and he threw them out of the city.
Then he restored the altar of the Lord and sacrificed fellowship offerings and thank offerings on it,
and told Judah to serve the Lord, the God of Israel.

The people, however, continued to sacrifice at the high places, but only to the Lord their God.

7 or so prayers found in Psalm 20

For the director of music. A psalm of David.

May the LORD answer you when you are in distress;
may the name of the God of Jacob protect you.
May he send you help from the sanctuary and grant you support from Zion.
May he remember all your sacrifices and accept your burnt offerings.
May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed.
May we shout for joy over your victory and lift up our banners in the name of our God.
May the LORD grant all your requests.

Now this I know: The LORD gives victory to his anointed. He answers him from his heavenly sanctuary with the victorious power of his right hand. Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God. They are brought to their knees and fall, but we rise up and stand firm.

LORD, give victory to the king!
Answer us when we call!

These are the visions I saw while lying in bed: I looked, and there before me stood a tree in the middle of the land. Its height was enormous. The tree grew large and strong and its top touched the sky; it was visible to the ends of the earth.

Its leaves were beautiful,
its fruit abundant,
and on it was food for all.
Under it the wild animals found shelter,
and the birds lived in its branches;

from it every creature was fed.

Dan 4:20, 21
