Jeremiah 7:9, 10

Will you

steal

and murder,

commit adultery

and perjury,

burn incense to Baal and follow other gods you have not known,

and then come and stand before me in this house, which bears my Name, and say, “We are safe”—safe to do all these detestable things?

Revelation 21:7, 8

Those who are victorious will inherit all this, and I will be their God and they will be my children. But

the cowardly,

the unbelieving,

the vile,

the murderers,

the sexually immoral,

those who practice magic arts,

the idolaters and

all liars

 - they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulphur. This is the second death.

or slanderer,

a drunkard

or swindler.

Do not even eat with such people.

Romans 1:28-32 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done.

2 Timothy 3:1-5 But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be

lovers of themselves,

lovers of money,

boastful,

proud,

abusive,

disobedient to their parents,

ungrateful,

unholy,

without love,

unforgiving,

slanderous,

without self-control,

brutal,

not lovers of the good,

treacherous,

rash,

conceited,

lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God -  

having a form of godliness but denying its power.

Have nothing to do with such people.

10 sins of Colosse sexual or otherwise

Colossians 3:5-8

Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature:

sexual immorality,

impurity,

lust,

evil desires

and greed, which is idolatry.

Because of these, the wrath of God is coming. You used to walk in these ways, in the life you once lived. But now you must also rid yourselves of all such things as these:

anger,

rage,

malice,

slander,

and filthy language from your lips.

Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived:

Neither the sexually immoral

nor idolaters

nor adulterers

nor men who have sex with men (or men who let other men use them for sex or who have sex with other men)

(other sins)
nor thieves

nor the greedy

nor drunkards

nor slanderers

nor swindlers

will inherit the kingdom of God. And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
